Characters must overcome obstacles, which can teach us about resilience, and give us real hope--which is sometimes very difficult.

Readers connect with different aspects of a story, which is part of what makes literature so enriching. Whether you are captivated by heroic journeys or enchanted by complex characters, there is always something to discover.
